Virtual lessons give you the possibility to work out remotely in the convenience of your home or while travelling.
What you can expect:
Customized workouts: tailored to your unique body and focused on your individual needs. In each session I will work with you on strength in combination with flexibility. I usually blend Classical Pilates with Iyenger Yoga asanas. You can expect a focused, flowing workout that is fun but challenging. I use a specific and very effective format of teaching which switches between:
(1) exercise demonstration
(2) moving together with you
(3) mindful observations and cues to help you improve your engagement and form.
My creativity assists me to design personalized sequences for my students, which I then adjust and modify while we are working together. If you have equipment at home, I will create sequences involving your tools. After getting to know your body, I will be able to suggest additional tools or equipment that will elevate your training (if desired). If you don't have workout equipment, I can create a complete workout for you with just a towel, a bathrobe belt, a chair, some books and a wall. We work with what we have! The first session requires about 5 minutes to find the best angle for the setup of your computer, iPad or phone. It's best to position the camera with some height (desk or higher), facing down and about 6-10 feet away from your workout area. Please watch the video in my "online classes" section on this website.
