Virtual lessons give you the possibility to work out remotely in the convenience of your home or while travelling.
What you can expect:
Customized workouts: tailored to your unique body and focused on your individual needs. In each session I will work with you on strength in combination with flexibility. I usually blend Classical Pilates with Iyenger Yoga asanas. You can expect a focused, flowing workout that is fun but challenging. I use a specific and very effective format of teaching which switches between:
(1) exercise demonstration
(2) moving together with you
(3) mindful observations and cues to help you improve your engagement and form.
I offer online workouts on ZOOM & FaceTime worldwide.
To enhance your workout, add resistance, challenge & support I highly recommend to invest in some props. Please find my collection here. You are welcome to substitute my choices with your favorite brands of course.
