Prepare Your Space

Before your first class, please take a moment to watch the short video an keep the following tips in mind:

  • use a laptop or tablet (rec
  • use a bluetooth headset if you have
  • position your device on a surface higher than a desk pointing straight to your workout space
  • place your device about 7 f/2m away from your mat
  • place your mat horizontal to your camera and have some space around
  • position your mat near a wall/door
  • have a mat, chair, 1 x small towel, 2 x blankets, resistance bands, 2 x yoga blocks
