Prepare Your Space

Before your first class, please take a moment to watch the short video:

• use a laptop or tablet 
• use a bluetooth headset if you have
• position your device on a surface higher than a desk pointing straight to your workout space
• place your device about 7 f / 2m away from your mat
• place your mat horizontal to your camera & have some space around
• position your mat near a wall/door
• have a mat, chair, 1 x small towel, 2 x blankets, resistance bands, 2 x yoga blocks
• I use ZOOM/ FaceTime for virtual appointments
