2017 - 2019: Multiple month-long visits to India where I practiced at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune

2015: Started teacher training in the Iyengar Yoga Institute of NYC

2008 - 2015: Multiple month-long visits to India to the OSHO International Meditation Resort where I practiced daily active and passive meditation techniques and meditation therapies
