In my retreats, I guide you through a process of reconnecting with your body, breath, and nervous system, bringing together ancient practices and modern understanding, supported by the natural environment around you. The experience is designed to help you better understand your stress responses, learn how to regulate them, and return to a more balanced and steady state.

What We Work On

Nervous System Regulation

You begin to notice how stress shows up in your breath, posture, and emotional state, and learn simple ways to shift it. Through mindful breathing and practical guidance, you develop tools to ease anxiety, restore energy, and build a sense of resilience you can actually feel in your body.

Embodied Strength & Integration

Daily movement sessions bring together elements of yoga, classical Pilates, playful exploration, and proprioceptive work. The focus goes beyond stretching, supporting you in rebuilding stability, improving mobility, refining posture, and anchoring a sense of calm through intelligent, attentive movement.

Breath as the Core System

You explore how your breathing directly affects your mood, focus, and energy levels. Over time, breath becomes a practical tool you can use throughout your day to shift out of stress responses and return to a more regulated, balanced state.

Meditation & Clarity

Through a combination of active and still practices, you begin to release tension and create more space internally. The aim is not to impose a rigid method, but to help you develop a meditation practice that feels natural and sustainable in your daily life.

Joy, Sound & Play

Balance is not built through discipline alone. Movement, sound, and shared moments bring lightness into the process, allowing creativity, expression, and a more flexible nervous system to emerge naturally.

We explore the relationship between breath, posture, and presence, and how they support each other. When these elements begin to align, the body feels more stable, responsive, and at ease.

Surrounded by the natural environment, away from constant stimulation and noise, your system has the space to slow down. Traditional Mayan practices, such as temazcal, cacao ceremonies, massage, and sound, offer a deeper connection to both yourself and the environment around you.

Optional Cold Exposure

For those who are curious, guided ice bath sessions offer a safe way to explore resilience, focus, and nervous system adaptability.
