This introductory series is ideal for those who may not be able to commit to ongoing private sessions but still want personalized guidance to ensure they are moving safely, effectively, and with confidence. It is also especially valuable for individuals managing physical sensitivities, such as back pain, joint issues, injuries, or other movement limitations, who need to understand appropriate modifications before practicing on their own or in a group setting.

My goal is to give you the knowledge and awareness to move intelligently, so you can participate in classes or practice at home with greater confidence and safety.
You'll also receive at least two personalized recordings to support your home practice and reinforce what you've learned between sessions.

If questions arise later or you would like a refresher as your practice evolves, you are always welcome to return for a follow-up session to refine your technique, review modifications, and receive ongoing guidance.
