What You Can Expect When Working With Me 

Personalized sessions designed around your unique body, needs, and goals.
Each session integrates strength and flexibility in a balanced, intelligent way.
You can expect a focused, flowing practice that is engaging, supportive, and appropriately challenging.


My Teaching Approach

I use a clear and effective teaching structure that moves between:

  1. Demonstrating the exercise or sequence 
  2. Moving together, with me acting as your mirror image 
  3. Observing your movement, engagement, and alignment and offering precise guidance


  • My creativity assists me to design personalized sequences for my students, which I then adjust and modify while we are working together. 
  • If you have equipment at home, I will create sequences involving your tools. 
  • After getting to know your body, I will be able to suggest additional tools or equipment that will elevate your training (if desired). 
  • If you don't have workout equipment, I can create a complete workout for you with just a towel, a bathrobe belt, a chair, some books and a wall. 
  • We work with what we have! 
  • The first session requires about 5 minutes to find the best angle for the setup of your computer, iPad or phone.
  •  It's best to position the camera with some height (desk or higher), facing down and about 6-10 feet away from your workout area. 


 I offer online workouts on ZOOM & FaceTime worldwide.

virtual group classes: who are they right for?

Currently, I’m not offering group classes, but I’d be more than happy to start one upon request for a minimum of five participants. If you and your friends are interested, please reach out—I’d love to create something special for you!

Working out alongside other people, whether virtually or in person, provides a sense of comradery and accountability! Virtual Live Workouts make it easier and more enjoyable to keep up an exercise routine!


My Back-Friendly Class   

Offered by Special Request  

Available for studios, companies, and private or small groups, this class is designed for people who want to move with care, confidence, and long-term support.

It’s a thoughtful option for anyone who:

  • Experiences back sensitivity and wants to move without fear of strain
  • Is returning to movement after a back injury and needs mindful modifications
  • Lives  with SI joint instability or discomfort
  • Wants to strengthen the core, back, and abdominal muscles in a balanced way
  • Feels hesitant in large group classes and prefers a more attentive setting
  • Values movement that supports the body rather than pushing it

This offering prioritizes safety, awareness, and intelligent progression, making it especially well-suited for environments where individual needs matter.
