(3) observation of your engagement and form
I offer online workouts on ZOOM & FaceTime worldwide.
Currently, I’m not offering group classes, but I’d be more than happy to start one upon request for a minimum of five participants. If you and your friends are interested, please reach out—I’d love to create something special for you!
